Blueberry and Peanut Butter Porridge
- 2 scoops Ensure Vanilla Powder
- 50g cup rolled oats
- 1 cup full cream milk
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ½ medium banana, sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
- Combine oats, milk and spices in a pot and cook on low heat. Once oats become soft, add banana.
- Prior to serving add Ensure Powder, blueberries and peanut butter and stir through.
- Serve hot.
- Serve with Greek yoghurt.
