Choc Berry Shake

Choc-Berry

Serves: Makes 350mL – serves 1

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 scoops Ensure Chocolate Powder
  • 250mL full cream milk
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt

Method:

  1. Add milk, Ensure Powder, berries and Greek yoghurt to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Serve in a tall glass with chocolate shavings.
