Chocolate Date and Oat Bliss Balls

Serves: Makes 10



  • ½ cup Ensure Chocolate Powder
  • 200g dates, pitted
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup peanuts
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • ½ cup peanuts crushed to coat the bliss balls


  1. Soak dates in warm water until soft.
  2. Add the oats, dates, peanuts and Ensure Chocolate Powder to food processor and blitz until the mixture resembles a fine crumb.
  3. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls.
  4. Lightly wet the ball with water and roll in crushed peanuts until well coated.
